  • 1 cup brewed strong coffee (cooled)
  • 24 Savoiardi cookies (ladyfingers)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: mixing bowl, whisk, and an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. Brew strong coffee and let it cool; pour into a shallow dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with heavy cream until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract; blend well.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, ensuring they are moistened but not soaked.
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of the springform pan, then spread half of the creamy filling over them.
  6. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining creamy filling.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and slice.
