Instructions

  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets; roll each ball in cinnamon sugar before baking.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  8. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
