Description

Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Egg Wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix fresh spinach, ricotta, and mozzarella until creamy.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush each swirl with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
