  • 1 lb lean ground beef or chicken
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup vegetable or canola oil (for frying)
  • Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa (as desired)

Instructions

  5. Heat oil in another pan over medium-high heat, fry each taco until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
