- 2 cups fresh tortellini (or frozen)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until they float. Drain and cool slightly.
- While the tortellini cooks, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature on a platter.
