  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
