Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken dry, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
