Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until sandy. Press into a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and ¼ cup water. Stir until dissolved; boil until golden without stirring. Carefully add heavy cream and stir until smooth.
- Once cooled slightly, stir in flaky sea salt to taste.
- Pour salted caramel over the baked crust. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours to set.
- After chilling, sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top and allow them to melt slightly before slicing.
