- 2 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar over medium heat until steaming but not boiling. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and steep Earl Grey tea bags for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags from the cream mixture and stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved; add vanilla extract.
- Pour into individual molds or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, dip molds briefly in warm water before unmolding onto plates.
