- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Peel and slice carrots into matchsticks. Slice the red bell pepper into strips.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional chili sauce until smooth.
- In a serving bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and cilantro. Drizzle the dressing over the top.
