Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear chicken for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and bubbling.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each breast. Simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
