  • 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter.
