  • 8 oz sirloin steak
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  2. In the same skillet, lower heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently.

  4. Slice rested steak against the grain. Add cooked tortellini, sliced steak, and spinach to the sauce. Toss gently to combine.
