Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix in sweet corn, honey, and sour cream until smooth.
- Lightly beat the eggs and add them along with the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture; stir until combined.
- Sprinkle baking powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Fold gently until just combined.
