  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix in sweet corn, honey, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Lightly beat the eggs and add them along with the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture; stir until combined.
