- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Pour filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are firm but center is slightly jiggly. Let cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over chilled pie before serving.
