  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Cupcake liners or small cups for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
