Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
