  • 1 large crusty bread loaf (sourdough or Italian)
  • 1 cup cooked seafood mix (shrimp, crab, or scallops)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning or dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside carefully.
