  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chili powder (for sauce)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

  5. Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
