  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Preheat Your Grill or Oven: For grilling, preheat to medium-high (400°F). For baking, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade (discard excess). Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through or bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Add Finishing Touches: Drizzle remaining chimichurri sauce over the cooked chicken before serving.
