Description

Experience a taste of paradise with this Mango Coconut Panna Cotta, a creamy dessert that combines luscious mango and rich coconut flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup ripe mango puree (about 2 medium mangoes)
  • 2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  1. 1. Bloom the gelatin: In a small bowl, mix gelatin powder with warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until dissolved.
  2. 2. Heat the base: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until heated through but not boiling and sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Blend in the mango: Puree fresh mango until smooth. Add it to the coconut mixture along with the bloomed gelatin, stirring continuously until combined.
  4. 4. Chill: Pour into individual serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Serve: Top with extra mango puree or fresh fruit slices before serving.
